Terms of use
Jelly Trading Terminal (“Jelly”) is a website for watching creators talk about Solana coins and trading those coins from your own wallet. By signing in or trading you agree to these terms.
Your wallet, your trades
- Every trade is signed by your wallet and settled on Solana through Jupiter. Jelly never holds your funds and cannot reverse, refund or speed up a trade.
- You are responsible for your wallet, your email login and anything done with them. Never share a recovery phrase with anyone, including us; we will never ask.
- A “Jelly wallet” created at sign-in is yours. Its keys are managed by Privy under your email login, not by us.
Who can use Jelly
- You must be 18 or older and trading must be legal where you live. Some coins (tokenized stocks) are not offered in some countries.
- Don’t use Jelly to manipulate prices, post false calls, impersonate anyone or break the law.
Content and calls
- Calls, videos and chart notes are opinions of the people who post them, not advice from Jelly. Verified creators may earn a share of fees on trades made from their posts.
- We may hide or remove content and block accounts or coins at our discretion, without notice.
No advice, no guarantees
- Nothing on Jelly is financial, investment, legal or tax advice. Prices, safety checks and vetting are best-effort information that can be wrong or late.
- Jelly is provided as is. We may change or stop any part of it at any time. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses from trading, from outages, or from errors in the information shown.
Fees
Jelly charges a fee on each trade, described on the Risk & fees page. Network and routing costs are set by Solana and Jupiter.
Changes
If these terms change in a way that matters, we will ask you to agree again before your next trade.
